Hello everyone,
I'd like to sublet my cozy flat in Reuterkiez while I am traveling in November. The flat is situated in the great Reuterkiez, with Bars, Café, Restaurants, the Landwehrkanal and everything at your feet once you step outside the door. Closest subway is Hermannplatz.
And if you want to chill and be in a calm place: That works too, due to the flat facing the backyard. But it is on the 4th floor, hence it is also bright.
The total size of the flat is around 35m2, the kitchen is a separat cozy room. I myself just recently moved in, thus the interior design is not finished yet, but it is already very liveable. So the flat is fully furnished. Let me know if you need additional information :)
