This bright, 32 m² apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of the vibrant, multicultural and hip Berlin district of Neukölln. In about 5 minutes walk you can reach the Tempelhoferfeld.

The apartment is located in an old building and was recently renovated. The original wooden floor has been brought back to life throughout the apartment. The interior design reflects the artistic, industrial DIY aesthetic typical of the German capital.

The furnished apartment consists of the main room, whose space is divided into bedroom, living room and desk/work area; adjacent is the bathroom with bathtub.

In the living area there is a bed (140x200), a night table with a lamp and a closet made of pipes with a chest of drawers. Bed linen, comforter and pillows are provided.
Next to the bed there is a mirror as well as an armchair for relaxing.
The desk/dining table complete the room.

Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchenette with a window overlooking the courtyard. A washing machine is provided.
