I am going travelling/working for 5/6 weeks and I offer my 1 bedroom studio flat for sublet, dates are flexible. It is a medium sized studio. 1 big living room+kitchen (35sqm) and a separate bedroom with a mezzanine bed and a wardrobe beneath. There is also a separate bathroom with a showr. Ceilings throughout are 3.7m.
I have built everything here with love so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it while I am away. This is a mainly commercial/office building with only 2 residential units and I also use it as my design studio so it is suitable for someone who likes peace and quiet or similarly works from home.
It is in the most convenient part of Neukolln, close to Hermannplatz and Kruezberg. The nearest U bahn is Rathaus Neukolln where you can take the U7 just one stop to Hermannplatz where you can find lots of connections.
