I rent out my bright and quiet apartment: 1 room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway.

The apartment is fully equipped: cupboards, chairs and a mattress are available. There is a large fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine and washing machine. And everything else you need. The internet is fast and reliable. 


In total, the apartment has 2 rooms, but only one of them is rented out. The other room will remain unoccupied during the rental period as I am traveling.
 The apartment is available between February 15 and April 15, the exact period is flexible.


Minimum duration: 1 month
Rent/week: 170€


Renting only to a single person, no shared flat, no couples.

Ich vermiete meine helle und ruhige Wohnung: 1 Zimmer, Bad, Küche, Flur.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet: Schränke, Stühle und eine Matratze sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Espresso- und Waschmaschine. Und auch sonst alles, was es braucht. Das Internet ist schnell und zuverlässig. 


Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 2 Zimmer, aber nur eines davon wird vermietet. Das andere Zimmer bleibt während der Mietzeit unbewohnt, da ich auf Reisen bin.
Die Wohnung ist zwischen 15. Februar und 15. April verfügbar, der genaue Zeitraum flexibel. 


Mindestdauer: 1 Monat
Miete/Woche: 170€


Vermietung nur an eine einzelne Person, keine WG, keine Paare.
