ich will vom 6.April 2012 bis zum 9.April 2012 meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr ruhig und liegt im Herzen Neuköllns.
Pro Tag soll die Untermiete (inklusive Nebenkosten) 12 Euro betragen, was insgesamt 36 Euro für 3 Tage ergibt.
Eine im Untermietvertrag festgeschriebene Kaution von 150 Euro muss hinterlegt werden.
Die Wohnung kann heute oder morgen bis 15 uhr besichtigt werden.

Bei Fragen meldet Euch einfach (telefonisch oder per e-mail). Fotos der Wohnung können per e-mail zugeschickt werden.

Hi everybody,

I am going to rent my flat from april 6 to april 9.
The flat is nice, very quiet and lies in the heart of Berlin.
The rent (all included) is 12 Euro per day which makes the sum of only 36 Euro for 3 days.
An in the contract committed deposit of 150 Euros must be paid.
The flat can be visited till friday up to 3 p.m.
