Hi,
I'm looking to rent my studio from 15th - 22 December.
It's a nice newly renovated apartment with transport connections to the bus M41, U7, and Sbahn Sonnenalle. The bus is only around the corner and the U7 is a 7 minute walk.
The studio is located on Weserstr where you will be a quick walk to the bar scene and the canal. The apartment has an elevator,balcony, wifi, and washingmachine included. It is a nonsmoking apartment, but it is fine to smoke on the balcony.
The apartment is furnished in a simple minimal way- everything one needs for a nice stay in Berlin.
