I am moving from my little nest into a shared apartment.
The studio is located in Neukölln, the surrounding is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy Berlins night life and artistic scene.
The well known Weserstrasse is 3 min. by walk. You have an endless number of bars and with bycicle you are in 10 min at Treptower park/ Ostkreuz where you can enjoy the Elektro/Alternative/Techno Scene, in also 10 min in Kreuzberg (bars, café's,clubs,parks, the Spree).
If partying is not so your thing you can just chill out at the Kiehlufer, the little river (1 min. by walk) in front of the apartment. Or enjoy the evening in the little park that is in front of the studio. Neukölln is full of many not expensive turkish supermarkets, you have the Ubahn 5 min. by walk and a bus 1 min by walk from the studio. The main street Karl-Marx-Strasse where you have many shopping possibilities is also 5 min. away.
It will also be possible to keep some items as for example the washing machine etc.
