Es handelt sich um einen ruhigen, sanierten Altbau mit mittelhohen Decken. Der aktuelle Mietpreis beläuft sich auf 405€ Warmmiete. Es müsste noch geklärt werden wie hoch die Miete bei Neuvermietung wäre.

Ich selbst bin auf der Suche nach einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit min. 50gm in Neukölln/Xberg für max. 600€ warm. Sie sollte im Altbau liegen, Holzdielen haben, hell und ruhig sein. Badewanne/Balkon wären schön, sind aber keine Voraussetzung. Freue mich auf Mails!
