(English below) Da ich wegen eines Studiums die Stadt verlasse suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 1 Zimmerwohnung in Neukölln. Die Wohnung hat Zentralheizung, schönen Dielenboden, bzw. Fließen in Küche und Bad und ist in sehr gutem renovierten Zustand. Sie liegt im schönen Neukölln, unweit des Tempelhofer Feldes. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist in wenigen Gehminuten (circa 2 Minuten) mit der Hermannstraße, an der Ringbahn und U8 verkehrt sehr verkehrsgünstig angebunden. Zudem gibt es im Kiez ein paar sehr schöne Bars und man ist schnell im angesagten Kreuzkölln mit diversen Restaurants und Bars.
Die Küche ist gefließt und hat eine Waschmaschine und Herd, sowie Kühlschrank und Einbauschränke. Das Badezimmer ist schön gefließt und hat eine Dusche. In Schlafzimmer und Diele liegt Parkett.
Ich werde aus der Wohnung bis Ende September ausgezogen sein. Für die Küche mit Waschmaschine, Einbauschränken und Kühlschrank, sowie dem Regal im Flur hätte ich gerne 400€ Abstand. Bei Interesse kann auch das Hochbett (Neupreis: 249€) für 150€ abgekauft werden. Der Stromvertrag (Ökostrom) und Internetvertrag mit 1&1 kann auch übernommen werden.
Besichtigungstermin ist in der Woche zwischen dem 18. und 22.09. Bitte per eMail Kontakt aufnehmen.
I am offering my cozy 1 room apartment in Neukölln. The flat has a kitchen with washing machine, fridge, the sleeping room has a nice wooden flor. The apartment isin very good condition. Its close to Tempelhofer Feld, with some nice bars around and very close (2 min) to the SBahn Hermannstraße, with Ringbahn and U8. Also very close to the very hipster Neukölln area with many many restaurants and bars.
I will move out til the end of september. I would like to have 400€ for the washing machine, the fridge and the cupboards in the kitchen, the shelf in the corridor. If you are interested in the bunk bed, you can have it for 150€ (costs 249€ new).
The viewing will be during the week of Sept. 18th till 22nd. Please contact me via mail regarding the exact date.
