The apartment is small but perfect for a short stay, it's equipped with (almost) everything. It's located in Neukölln, the U-bahn stop Grenzallee is right around the corner. It's perfect for couples, also singles, but there is an optional couch for sleeping in case of a third person. The building is a renovated Altbau and even though the street is quite busy (Karl-Marx Strasse), the windows keep the apartment quiet even for the lightest of sleepers.
There's plenty of supermarkets in the area, like Lidl, Real, Aldi. A späti around the corner (in the building) and 2 gas stations that work non stop 20 meters away from the building. A lot of small cafes or places to eat out towards Hermanstrasse and Karl-Marx strasse.
The neighbourhood is pretty quiet but only a few steps away from the hustle of Neukölln.
U-banh stop Grenzallee (U7) is a few steps away from the apartment, and S-bahn7 U-bahn ring stop Neukölln is a 5 minute walk away.
The place is very warm and cosy, it's on the 4th floor (no elevator). I keep the lights cosy as well, so there are no ceiling lights, only lamps. The bathroom is equipped with towels, bathing products, perfumes, hair-dryer, washing machine, a bathtub (ask me if you have any specific needs). The kitchen is small, but has all the dishes, pots, appliances and everything you might need for cooking.
