1 Bedroom Apartment in Neukoelln

Subletting my - bedroom flat at Rathaus Neukoelln. The flat is located in Donaustrasse in a rather quiet area, on the second floor in the garden side building facing the courtyard.

The flat has a nice wooden floor and is fully furnished (incl washing machine but no dish washer) and has central heating.

I am looking for someone tidy who treats and lives in my home as if fit was their home and who respects the neighbours (keep it quiet on Sundays and after 10pm).

Rules: Strictly no parties, no pets and non-smoking and non-subletting to third parties (airbnb) – very sorry but this is non negotiable.

I am currently living abroad and will not return for another 1 year at least - Ideally I am looking for someone to rent the flat for a minimum of 6 months. No couples.

My personal stuff is locked in a separate smaller room, which is not accessible.

Rent is 700 (all included) deposit is 600Euros and must be paid 7 days prior to moving into the apartment. I would set up a sublease contract and send you a copy of my passport. My parents, who live in the neighbourhood would do the handover.
