Hallo ihr Lieben!
ich heiße Till und ziehe spontan für ein Musikprojekt 2 1/2 Monate in eine andere Stadt. Daher vermiete ich meine tolle geräumige 1- Zimmerwohnung ab den 13. Februar - 01.Mai 2024.
Jedoch könnte ggf. auch die Mietzeit auch um einen Monat verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus und ist durch die großen Fenster ist sie sehr hell. In dem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es einen schönen Blick in den Innenhof. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit einem coolen Gadget was euch bestimmt nett überraschen wird ;) Des weiteren gibt es eine kleine Küche, die recht spatanisch ist, aber alles hat was ihr braucht.

My name is Till and I'm moving spontaneously for a music project 2 1/2 months in another city. Therefore, I rent my great spacious 1-room apartment. It is from the 13. February - 01.May 2024.
However, the rental period can also be extended by one month.
The apartment is located in the quiet rear building and is very bright due to the large windows. In the living room and bedroom there is a beautiful view of the courtyard. There is a small bathroom with a cool gadget which will definitely surprise you nicely ;) Furthermore, there is a small kitchen, which is quite spatanic, but has everything you need.
UNFORTUNATELY NO REGISTRATION POSSIBLE
Die Adresse befindet sich genau zwischen zwei wunderbaren Gegenden. Wenn du nach rechts läufts, befindest du dich sofort in dem kleinen ruhigen Rixdorfer - Kiez - mit seinen kleinen Cafes, Bars & Resturants.
Nach rechts gehts zur belebten Karl-Marxstraße. Hier gibt es alles was dein Herz begehrt - von kleinen Resturants und Imbissen bis hin zu verschiedeste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
In 2min bist du bei einem großen Bioladen oder beim dem netten arabischen Gemüsehändler. Weiter runter die Straße gibt es auch einen Rewe, Rossmann und DM.
Die U7 Station - Karl-Marx-Straße ist 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt und hat direkte Anbindung zur U8 Hermannplatz oder S-Bahnstation Neukölln.

The address is located right between two wonderful neighborhoods. If you walk to the right, you are immediately in the small quiet Rixdorfer - Kiez - with its small cafes, bars & resturants.
Turn right to the lively Karl-Marxstraße. Here you can find everything your heart desires - from small resturants and snack bars to various shopping opportunities.
In 2min you are at a big organic food store or at the nice Arabic greengrocer. Further down the street there is also a Rewe, Rossmann and DM.
The U7 station - Karl-Marx-Straße is 1 minute walk away and has direct connection to the U8 Hermannplatz or S-Bahn station Neukölln.
Ich suche nach einer ordentlichen und zuverlässigen Person. Ich habe auch Pflanzen und würde mich freuen wenn du hier ab und zu gießt.
Am besten du schreibst eine kurzen Text über dich und rufst mich an oder schreibst mir eine SMS. Das geht schneller.
Wir können sowohl per Videocall eine Besichtigung machen oder du kommst die nächsten Tage zur Besichtigung in der Wohnung vorbei.
