Ich bin wegen Arbeit/Urlaub 6 Wochen nicht in Berlin und vermiete meine vollmöblierte, schöne und gemütliche Wohnung deshalb unter. Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Sie besteht aus einem Bad, Küche, einem großen Zimmer mit Bett, Sofa und Schreibtisch und einem großzügigen Balkon mit Blick auf ein idyllisches Gartengrundstück mit Schrebergärten. Von der Wohnung sind es nur ein paar Minuten zum Kanal im Herzen von Neukölln. Dort gibt es viele Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Kinos. Unweit der Wohnung liegt der Treptower Park mit dem Sowjetdenkmal und dem Karpfenteich. Die Wohnung grenzt auch den kleinen und schönen Stadtteil Alt-Treptow, ebenfalls in der Nähe des Kanals und des Görlitzer Parks. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine oder zwei Personen (1 Bett + Récamiere-Sofa), um den Frühling/Sommer in Berlin zu genießen.
Der Mietpreis im Anzeige bezieht sich auf 1 Monat. Für 6 Wochen (=Verfügbarkeit der Wohnung) beträgt die Miete insgesamt 997,5 Euro (KM: 675 + NB: 322,5)

I sublet my fully furnished, beautiful and cozy apartment during my vacation/work stay. The apartment is located in a quiet backyard. It includes a bathroom, kitchen, a large room with bed, sofa and desk and a spacious balcony overlooking an idyllic garden plot. From the apartment it is only a few minutes to the canal in the heart of Neukölln with green spots to relax. In this neighborhood there are many bars, restaurants, cafes and cinemas. Not far from the apartment is Treptower Park with the Soviet Monument and a small lake. The apartment also borders the small and beautiful district of Alt-Treptow, also near the canal and Görlitzer Park. The apartment is perfect for one or two people (1 bed + sofa) to enjoy the spring/summer in Berlin.
The rent in the ad refers to 1 month.
For 6 weeks (=availability of the apartment) the total rent is 997.5 euros (KM: 675 + NB: 322.5)
