Sunny 2- room flat in the heart of Neukölln (Feb-June)

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION

Renting out my fully furnished and newly renovated flat from 15.02.23 - 01.06.23, with possibility to extend to July and possibly even longer term (2 years max), if everything works out well.

I will be moving to Switzerland to study again, and will likely be commuting back to Berlin from time to time (roughly every 8 weeks, so only 1-2 times until the summer). Therefore, until the summer I would like to be able to stay in the smaller room when I come back to visit Berlin (stays of max one week duration). As we'll be roomies from time to time, it's kind of important that we're roughly on the same wavelength and that you feel comfortable with sharing the apartment with me from time to time. I'd say I'm a kind, open, and down to earth person, psychologist by profession, language lover and kizomba dancer.

The flat is newly renovated, with a big balcony facing an indoor yard. As there is no building in front of ours, there's a lot of light (sun from monrning to noon), and as all the windows are facing the yard, so the only sound you here are the birds in the morning, it's very quiet and serene! At the same time, it's right on the corner of Weserstraße and you have everything you need (bars, supermarket, canal) right at your doorstep.

I'm looking for someone who is a rather tidy and clean person and will take good care of the flat and plants. If you're not into plants, I can also leave them with a friend.
The price includes electricity, but with the precondition that there is no excessive and careless energy consumption. We can talk about this in details in person. Security deposit is 2 months of rent.
