In the beautiful Körnerkiez, quiet side street, centrally located: The location is brilliant because of the proximity to the Körnerpark! Because the Körnerkiez in Berlin Neukölln enjoys great popularity especially in recent years and is experiencing an increased influx of young people, students, artists and new Berliners. The property is centrally located not far from Karl-Marx-Strasse and Hermannstrasse, within a closed street, within walking distance of the Neuköllner Tor shopping center. The distance to the city- west (Breitscheidplatz) is about 8 km, to the city east (Alexanderplatz) about 6 km.

The Tempelhofer Feld, which is located in the immediate vicinity, can be reached on foot within 12 minutes. Due to the extremely attractive residential location, various bars, cafés, restaurants, snack bars, galleries, supermarkets, drugstores, doctors and public transport connections can be reached within a few minutes: The S + U stations Neukölln and Hermannstraße (Ringbahn (S41 and S42), the S-Bahn lines S45, S46, S47 and the U-Bahn line U7 and U8 ) are only 3 and 5 minutes walk, respectively. Bus line 171 runs from S+U Neukölln directly to BER Airport - Terminal 5, Schönefeld. Furthermore, there is a good connection to the Berlin city highway, the junction Britzer Damm of the A 100 is about 350 m away.

The apartment has only 1 bedroom and is therefore only suitable for single people or couples (without children). The apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 persons, registration is possible. Bed linen and towels can be provided.
