I'm subletting my Studio-apartment for the time between 18.05 to 28.05. (Ne exceptions possible)
It is located in the heart of Neukölln, where you can find everything needed, in a newly built house, which has been published in many architectural magazines and architecture students come to see it every now and there! So, it is very interesting place to live, with community vibe and the internal courtyard.
I'm offering this for a very fair price, which is 250€ for one person and 300€ for a couple, everything included. But for that I'm asking you to respect my place and my belongings, my neighbors and act with responsibility.
It is a one big space with different zones: Kitchen, Living area, Bedroom, Workdesk. Also there is a big bathroom. Balcony and the terrace. Basic furniture and the basic kitchen equipment is there.
It is located in heart of Neukölln, close to Rathaus, Neuköllner Oper and Heimathafen.
There are various public transportation accessible by walking: 2 different underground lines and numerous buses.
Also shopping, leisure and going out - all in walking area.
Please just drop me a short email and I'll get back soon, if you can consider following terms:
- some of the neighbors are noise sensitive, so no parties please.
- I'll leave the place clean and ordinary for you. I'll expect the same from you, to leave the place clean and ordinary.
- It would be great if you could water my plants once.
- there will be a security deposit of 100€, which you'll get back if everything will be fine, when I'm back.
