Das Haus ist ein ruhiges Haus, was ich sehr schätze. Deshalb freue ich mich auf ein/e respektvolle/n Untermieter:in.
Meinen Pflanzen gestalten die Wohnung in eine schöne Oase, die freuen sich über Pflege.

Bei Anfrage kannst du mein Fahrrad benutzen.

Die Hälfte der Miete soll bitte bei Anfragen im Voraus gezahlt werden. Ich sende meinen Pass als Foto für die Bestätigung. Den Schlüssel kann ich für die Flexibilität bis 24 Uhr beim Späti um die Ecke hinterlegen.
Falls du mein Fahrrad mitbenutzen möchtest, dann können wir das vereinbaren.
