I am renting my cosy apartment in Rixdorf Neuköln for the months of December and January
The living room feels spacious. A height-adjustable professional working table with a monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard to connect your laptop
A nice king size mattress in a hochbett built by me. Very sturdy. A nordic ladder to climb up, also perfect for training.
The apartment has a kitchen with everything you might need. Washing machine, owen, pots, pans etc..
The bathroom is pretty nice with high temperature pressured water.
I am a bit flexible with the dates.

Das Wohnzimmer wirkt geräumig. Ein höhenverstellbarer professioneller Arbeitstisch mit Monitor, kabelloser Maus und Tastatur zum Anschluss eines Laptops
Eine schöne Kingsize-Matratze in einem von mir gebauten Hochbett. Sehr stabil. Eine nordische Leiter zum Hinaufklettern, auch perfekt zum Trainieren.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit allem, was Sie brauchen könnten. Waschmaschine, Eulen, Töpfe, Pfannen usw..
Das Bad ist sehr schön und hat Wasser mit hoher Temperatur.
Ich bin ein bisschen flexibel mit den Daten.

Die Lage ist großartig. Ein paar Minuten vom besten Weihnachtsmarkt der Stadt entfernt.
Buchstäblich 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu den beiden S-Bahn-Stationen Sonnenalle und Neukolln. Kornerpark und Tempelhof sind ganz in der Nähe.
Kaufland, Penny, Aldi, Eurogida, Obi, sind alle nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Nette Bäckereien und gemütliche Kneipen sind gleich um die Ecke.

The location is great. A few minutes away from the best Christmas Markt of the town.
Literally 5 minutes of walking to both Sonnenalle and Neukolln S-Bahn stations. Kornerpark, and Tempelhof are very close.
Kaufland, Penny, Aldi, Eurogida, Obi, are all just walking distance from home. Nice bakeries and cozy bars are around the corner.
