Hi,
I am renting my apartment from the 19th of December until the 6th of January. The price is 480 € + 250 € deposit. The apartment is fully furnished and has a balcony.
There is also a second room, but it will stay locked.
The apartment is located in Neukölln:
- 5 min walk from S 41/42 + U8 Hermannstr.
- 9 min walk from S 41/42 + U7 Neukölln
Nearby you can find:
- Körnerpark
- Tempelhofer Feld
- numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, shops
- several supermarkets
- excellent pizza place
This is NOT an Airbnb, so I am expecting to find the room/flat the same as I left it for you. Clean and tidy! :)
I would also appreciate it if you could water the plants during your stay and check the postbox regularly.
Viewing is possible in person and online.
p.s. You might have seen more ads with the same pictures. Those are just different renting options for the same apartment.
Following options are available:
1. Whole apartment - 2 bedrooms
2. Apartment for yourself but with the usage of one room (another room stays locked)
3. One of the rooms - flatshare (another room will be rented to someone else)
