My cosy 42m2 flat is free during September and August.
3min walk to Hermannstr U/S Bahn. 5min bike ride to Tempelhoferfeld
You will be sleeping in an exellent bed of great quality and king-size. The flat is fully furnished and perfect for singles, couples, or a pair of good friends.
The kitchen has a breakfast table, and it is separated from the main living area by a hallway with doors. This means not cooking odours in your working-sleeping space.

There are good parking possibilities in the public area around
5 min bike ride or 10min walk from the awesome Tempelhoferfeld
Other info about the space:
Superfast Wi-Fi. You will find all the basic appliances for decent cooking in the kitchen, including a good washing machine a good stove great for those who bake, and a great smoothie maker.
Heaters are working very good.
Since I'm still registered in this flat, but I will be working somewhere else, I will still receive letters here, and I'm hoping the person subletting my place can open them for me.
