Halbes Zimmer ist als Büro eingerichtet mit ner Schlafcouch, falls ihr mal Besuch bekommt :)

Fast wifi. Brand new kitchen, with a huge fridge and a dishwasher!
The small room is furnished as an office space and comes with a sofa bed :)
Wenige Gehminuten bis zur Ringbahn dennoch sehr ruhig, man hört den Straßenlärm kaum... also ist die Wohnung gut geeignet fürs Home Office!
Lidl direkt nebenan und Netto auch 2 min entfernt für sehr praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Nette Bars und Cafes sind nicht weit entfernt, aber Neukölln muss man eigentlich gar nicht beschreiben oder? Ihr kennteuch aus vermute ich... ;)

A few minutes walk to the Ringbahn yet very quiet, you can hardly hear the street noise... so the apartment is well suited
for working from home!
Lidl right next door and Netto also 2 min awayfor very convenient shopping.
Nice bars and cafes are not far away, but I kind of doubt Neukölln needs to be described in detail? I'm gonna assume most people know their way around this neighborhood... ;)
