Die monatliche Miete: inklusive Strom, Internet , GEZ und Untermietspauschale, durch die Hausverwaltungbetraegt 670€.

Die Kaution beträgt 900€, welche nach dem Auszug und einer gründlichen Überprüfung des Mietobjektes, zwei Wochen nach Auszug erfolgt.

Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber liebevoll eingerichtet: großen Schlaf/ Wohnraum, mit einem Doppelbett 140x200cm, einem großen und einladenden Sofa, einem Teppich, sowie einem großen antiken Kleiderschrank und weiteren Verstauungsmöglichkeiten.

Die Küche verfügt über alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird, sowie einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und einer Duschkabine (s. Fotos) mit integrierten Durchlauferhitzer (Strom).

Die Toilette befindet sich natürlich separat.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon Zur Straßenseite, sowie Zugang zum großen Hinterhof.

I am subletting my charming 1-room flat in an old building in Schillerkiez.
The subletting will start now until the 30th of march 2024.
The monthly rent is 670€ including electricity, internet, plus a subletting fee (property management).

The deposit amounts to 900€, which will be paid after moving out and a thorough inspection of the rental property, two weeks after moving out.

The flat is simply but lovingly furnished and consists of a large bedroom/living room, with a double bed 140x200cm, a large and inviting sofa, a carpet, as well as a large antique wardrobe and other storage possibilities.

The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and a shower cubicle (see photos) with integrated instantaneous water heater (electricity). The toilet is of course separate.

The flat has a small balcony facing the street and access to a large backyard.

I only rent to persons with complete documentation proving that the rent and living expenses can be covered.

estou alquilado mi piso de 1 habitacion em um edifício antiguo em el barrio Neukölln, Schillerkiez.
O piso está amueblado de forma sencilla, Pero com mucho carinho y consta de um amplio dormitório/ salon com uma cama de casal, sofá grande etc..
Lá cima tiene todo lo necessário para cocinar, así como un lavavajillas, lavadora y uns cabina de ducha ( ver as fotos) com calentador de água instantáneo integrado (electricidad) y sanetario separado.

El alquiler mensal és de 670€ , incluyendo electricidad, internet e GEZ y 900€ depósito.

Busco personas responsábles y respeitosa para mi casa.
