Kostenloser Kaffee, Wasser, Tee wird jederzeit angeboten. Sie müssen den Reinigungsservice nicht bezahlen. Also 300 Euro pro Monat beinhalten alles und es gibt keine Kaution.
Sie werden das Zimmer für 1 Monat mit mir teilen. Ich bin normalerweise nicht zu Hause, außer nachts und an Wochentagen. Ich mache ein Praktikum in Berlin. Ich bin sehr freundliche, nette, gute und kluge Person. Ich bin 30 Jahre alt. Meine Hobbys sind Zeichnen, Sport treiben, Gitarre spielen, Reisen und Einkaufen. Ich koche auch gerne, damit wir Essen teilen können, und ich werde sicher für Sie kochen.
