Die Wohnung befindet sich im Nordischen Viertel von Prenzlauer Berg. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur S Bornholmer Straße und zur Straßenbahn M13/50. Eine große Auswahl an Supermärkten, Restaurants, Cafés und ein großer Park sind in der Nähe der Wohnung.

The apartment is located in the Nordic Quarter of Prenzlauer Berg. 5 minutes walk to S Bornholmer Straße and tram M13/50. A broad selection of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a large park are close to the apartment.
Wenn möglich, würde ich die Schlüssel gerne persönlich übergeben und eine super kurze Einführung in mein geliebtes Zuhause geben.
Bitte beachte die Kaution von 1,000€ in bar oder per Überweisung, die du nach deinem Aufenthalt und wenn alles in Ordnung ist, zurückbekommst. Die Miete muss bis zum oder am Tag der Schlüsselübergabe bezahlt werden (PayPal oder bar).
