Nice and cosy single apartment for one year

The apartment is situated in Berlin Pankow, 10 minutes footpath to the scene area Prenzlauer Berg. In front of the apartment is the subway U-Bhf Vinetastr.(U2) and S-Bhf Pankow, shopping possibilities and three parks are around. Various cafes and bars can be reached on foot too. My apatment is full furnished with an loft bed, fridge and laundary, cosy and brigth in an Old-Berlin-Building. You have also a cellar for your bike and a backyard for barbecue or to chill.
I´m for one year in Austrailia, so my apartment is available for one year or also for some month, if you need only for some month. Do you like it, don´t hesitate to ring me. I am pleased to meet you,

10 Minuten Fußweg zum Szenekiez Prenzlauer Berg.
Vor der Tür ist der U-Bhf Vinetastr., S-Bhf Pankow (5min Fussweg), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und drei Parks befinden sich in der Umgebung. Vielfältige Cafes und Bars sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, mit einem großem Hochbett, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine, hell und gemütlich in einem Altberliner-Altbau. Die Wohnung hat einen Keller und zum Haus gehört ein Hinterhof zum Grillen oder Chillen.
Internetverträge hängen nicht an der Wohnung, da ja heutzutage jeder seine eigenen Vorstellungen von Internetzugängen hat, der eine hat einen Stick, der andere braucht eine große Leitung, aber man kann sicherlich im Haus ein W-LAN mitnutzen, wenn man mal rumfragt.
Ich bin für ein Jahr in Australien und vermiete deshalb meine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung für max. 1 Jahr, du kannst sie aber auch für weiniger Monate mieten.
