Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as of November 1st. The apartment is a furnished studio with kitchen and private, en-suite bathroom. It is located in a modern apartment building in Pankow - just 7 minutes walking to S-/U-Pankow subway station. The price is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, electricity, water and internet/wifi.
Room details:
- Room with desk, bed, bed base, built-in closets, mostly French windows & fresh air
- Kitchen in trendy anthracite with microwave, sink, 2 ceran hobs (stovetop), fridge & extractor fan
- Modern bathrooms with shower & central ventilation
Building details:

Contract details:
- 800€ including utilities
- Move in: November 1st
- Duration: EITHER (A) subletting Nov 1st, 2022 - Feb 14th, 2023 OR (B) taking over contract directly with rental company (contract renews every 6 months, for up to 3 years)
- Security deposit: 1.600€ for "A" or 2.700€ for "B"

Safe, mostly residential area in the north of Berlin - close to Prenzlauer Berg and Mauerpark.
The U-/S-Pankow subway station is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. There's also a Tram station 4 minutes away.
There are usually car sharing offers around (ShareNow, WeShare, Miles, etc).
Right across from the apartment building, there is a CrossFit gym (Argo Athletics) and boulder gym (Berta Block).
In the street, there is a local brewery which serves delicious pizza.
Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Penny, EDEKA) are all within a 5-10min radius walking.
The layout of the room/furniture is slightly rearranged compared to the pictures (these are from the company website). Viewing the apartment in person or video call is possible.
