A Supermarket REWE is right across the street in the Kulturbrauerei, other shops for daily need as butcher, baker, dry cleaner or pharmacy are within walking distance.

Wir vermieten ab 6 Monate. Danach kann verlängert werden.
Im Mietpreis sind zusätzlich GEZ-Gebühren, WLAN und eine Reinigung einmal im Monat enthalten. Strom wird extra nach persönlichem Verbrauch pro Quartal in Rechnung gestellt.
Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht.


We rent first for 6 months with the possibility to extend.
The rent includes also GEZ-Fee, WiFi and a cleaning of the apartment once a month. Electricity costs are charged extra on personal consumption every 3 months.
