Beautiful and Sunny Apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg (6 Months)

We're looking for an sub-tenant for 6 months for our beautiful furnished 2-room apartment in the heart of Winskiez in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is in the 3rd floor of a Neubau, which was finished in December 2017, so it's only five years old. Being cold is never an issue, thanks to the underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The south-facing balcony is the perfect place to spend the entire summer enjoying the sun!

The bedroom is large and contains a king-size bed, large wardrobe, clothes-rack, and desk for working from home.

The combined living room and kitchen area creates a very open-plan feeling that is perfect for entertaining guests, yet cosy enough to stay in and watch Netflix, thanks to the gigabit internet possibility that the apartment provides. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Pots, pans, cutlery etc will all be there to use. We have another desk in the living room area which comes with two monitors, ready for you to use.

The bathroom has a rain-fall shower, washing machine, and towel-radiator.

The apartment itself will cost 1400 € per month, without electricity, wifi and GEZ included. We would ask that our electricity contract is taken over for the rental period, as we have a very good deal with EON.
