Da ich für eine Woche wegfahren werde, möchte ich gerne meine Wohung für diesen Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Die Wohnung ist eine Hochparterre, sehr hell und besitzt eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Balkon zum Hinterhof. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 min zur Bushaltestelle Prenzlauer Allee/Ostseestraße und 5 min mit der Bahn zum S Bahnhof Prenzlauer Allee. Sonst ist gleich Nebenan ein DM, Aldi und auch ein Rewe. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße, die Wohnung ist aber sehr ruhig durch die Innenhof Ausrichtung. Sonst ist man von hieraus auch super schnell im schönen Helmholtzkiez oder Kollwitzkiez wo es reichlich Bars und Cafés gibt.
Zur Sicherheit möchte ich gerne eine Kaution für den Zeitraum haben, da ich einige meiner Sachen hinerlassen werde.
