Hi - I'm renting my 1-room flat for a short stay from April 5 to 15. The flat is about 34sqm and has everything: a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and a washing machine. Even a Nutribullet and a separate automatic juice maker :-)
In the main room, there is a double bed for sleeping and a Schlafcouch (a couch that can be extended into a bed if needed). If you are working remotely, there is also a height-adjustable table with a separate monitor that you can plug into your laptop. Naturally, there are also a bathroom (with a baththub) and a hallway for storing coats and shoes.
The flat is generally very, very calm as it is facing an inner yard. At the same time, it is located in an unbeatable area by being extremely close to the vibrant Schonhauser Allee. In no time, you are at the busy crossing of Eberswalder Str. and the famous Mauerpark. There are several tram stations around, as well as both S-Bahns and U-Bahns.

No parties or smoking allowed. Please keep the place quiet as it is normally, with respect to the neighbours. The same applies to my stuff – You can use my iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensiles, but I expect to find everything in the flat as it was before. For this, the deposit is naturally fully returned.
