Im Sommer kann der Balkon gern mitgenutzt werden.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer ab einer Zeit von 4-6 Monaten - gern länger.

It is located in an nice neighborhood in Prenzlauer berg with lots of restaurants, smal shops, bars,it is close to Alexanderplatz 10 min. by bike,a tram and a bus near by,
I'm using one (my) room just a few hours a week during daytimes.
I'm interested in finding someone who wants to stay longer than 4-6 month.
the rent is 320 € per month deposit as well, electricity 30 €, DSL 20 €,gas and warmth depending on usage and season between 30-60 €
