1 Bedroom Flat between Schönhauser Allee Bornholmer Str.

I live in a 37sqm flat not far from Schönhauser Allee and Bornholmer Str, the street is very quiet and the apartment looks into the courtyard. It is a one room flat, so the living room/bedroom are shared. This is overcome with an installed high bed, which is very large and can easily accommodate a King-size mattress. The apartment naturally has high ceilings and the room is illuminated by two old-fashioned doubled glazed windows.

There is a kitchen with fitted shelves, sink, gas cooker and a worktop. The bathroom has an internal-window, sink with mirror & a bath/shower combination.

The furniture consists of a sofa bed, easy-chair, bookshelf, installed desk with two chairs, wicker laundry basket, small kitchen stand unit, kitchen shelf & bathroom sink unit. Also included are pots, pans, glasses, utensils & plates. It doesn't have a fridge and I don't find this a problem! As mentioned, it has a installed high bed but there is no mattress, if you don't have one sleeping on the sofa bed is the best option.

The location is excellent, minutes from a very large supermarket, the famous Schönhauser Allee, Bornholmer Str. S-Bahn, M13 Tram and easy access to Tegel and Schönefeld airports.

Available from 7:30AM 19th September to 2PM 29th September Rent is €20 per day for a total of €200. Included in the rent is the heating and electricity based on normal usage.

The deposit is €300, fully refundable when you leave.

I have sub-letted the flat before without any problems.
