Sehr ruhige Wohnung, mitten in der Innenstadt. Direkt am Kollwitzplatz. Sehr günstiger Mietpreis. Ideal für Studenten.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Kaisers, REWE, Edeka, NETTO, Biosupermarkt, 2x wöchentlich Markt am Kollwitzplatz.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung: Straßenbahn 1. Min Fußweg; Ubahn 5 Min, Alexanderplatz 15 min zu Fuß,
Wohnung wurde zwischendurch immer wieder renoviert, ist im guten Zustand, aber nicht wie im IKEA- Katalog. Komplettrenoviert beim Einzug vor neun Jahren. Zimmer vor einem Jahr neugestrichen. Bin Raucher.
Bedingung: Nachmieter soll selber renovieren, wenn ihm oder ihr etwas nicht passt.
Kühlschrank kann ich kostenlos überlassen.
