vielleicht braucht jemand ab sofort eine Bleibe in Berlin bis zum Jahreswechsel. Die Wohnung ist sonnig und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.
Auf Dich sollte absoluter Verlass sein und eine mögliche Kaution will ich im persönlichen Gespräch klären.
Die Wohnung eignet sich auf jeden Fall erstmal um in Berlin anzukommen und dann nach einer dauerhaften Bleibe zu suchen. Ob das Auszugsdatum exakt am 01.01. sein muss kann man bei Bedarf nochmal klären.
You need a nice sunny flat fully equipped till new year in Berlin? Since I´m not much time in Berlin till 01.01. I will move my stuff to my boy friend and stay there. Very good if you come to Berlin and need time to find a fix place to stay. First of January is not a totally fix appointed day to move out if you need more time...
