wunderschönes Ein-Zimmer-Apartment möbliert sucht Nachmieter!!

Liebe/r Wohnungssuchende/r,

ich verlasse Berlin und gebe meine traumhafte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in allerfeinster Lage KOMPLETT MÖBLIERT - GEGEN ABSCHLAG - zum 01.05.15 ab.
Ich suche eine/n solvente/n und zuverlässige/n Nachmieter/in, der/die meine Möbel mit übernimmt.
Die Mietangabe ist die Kaltmiete plus Betriebskosten. Strom und Gas kommen dann noch hinzu. Ich zahle zur Zeit für beides zusammen circa 70€. Die Kaution wird ungefähr 1000€ betragen, genau kann ich es nicht sagen...

VerhandlungsBasis für die Möbel sind 2000 € - ich bin ehrlich: ich bin Studentin und "brauche das Geld" - wer am meisten bietet, bekommt die Wohnung.
Die Möbel sind natürlich nicht die neuesten, aber gut gepflegt.
Lediglich Spüle und Herd gehören den Eigentümern, alle anderen Möbel waren meine und werden deine:
Küche:
Küchenoberschränke, Kühlschrank, Tisch und 2 Stühle
ich würde auch einige Töpfe und mein Geschirr (allerdings nicht mehr ganz vollständig) da lassen, falls du willst.
Bad:
Waschmaschine, Stehschrank, Spiegel, Hängeschrank, Waschbeckenunterschrank
Zimmer:
2 Kleiderschränke, 2 Billybücherregale, 1 Schreibtisch, 1 Bürostuhl, 1 Malmkommode, 1 großer Röhrenfernseher :), 1 kleine Ikeacouch, 1 kleines Expeditregal, 1 kleiner Beistelltisch, 2 weiße Wandregale, 1 kleiner Schrank, 1 Bett mit Matratze und Lattenrost (180x200cm)
Balkon:
2 Holzklappstühle
Flur:
1 Schuhregal
Keller:
2 Stahlregale

Hello.

I will move and am searching for a successive tenant for my stunning apartment in Prenzlauer Berg.
I want to sell almost all my furniture to the successive tenant for at least 2000€. I will be honest here, I am a student and I need the money - who pays most will get the apartment.
The amount of rent is excluding electricity and gas bills. You will have to make contracts with suppliers on your own. The deposit is an approximate amount.

Only the sink and the oven belong to the owner of the apartment; the rest of the furniture was mine and will be yours:
Kitchen:
wall cupboards, fridge, table and 2 chairs
I would also leave some pots and dishes (it's not entirely complete anymore though) if you want it.
Bathroom:
washing machine, shelves, mirror, wall cupboard
The room:
2 wardrobes, 2 billy shelves, 1 desk, 1 office chair, 1 dresser (Malm), 1 large tube television :), 1 small couch (Ikea), small shelf (Expedit - Ikea), 1 small side table, 2 white wall racks, another dresser, a bed with mattress and slatted frame (180x200cm)

2 wooden folding chairs
hallway:
1 shoerack
basement:
2 steel racks

If you are not a German citizen, you might have to proof your solvency additionally - I will receive information about this soon.
