Aufgrund ihrer Lage im 1. OG im Hinterhof ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, im Winter aber nicht besonders hell. Die Wohnung hat Holzdielen, eine geräumige separate Küche und ein Duschbad. Gerade erst wurden neue Fenster eingebaut. Es ist wirklich eine 1-Personen-Wohnung, für Paare ungeeignet da es keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit gibt.

Are you looking for a cosy place right in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg? Then be my guest! Rental period starting September 1st for at least 1 year or longer. I recommend not living there as a couple together – it's too small with no private space, you would kill each other for sure.

Located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Due to the location in the backyard the apartment is very calm, but not especially flooded with sunlight.

LOCATION AND ATTRACTIONS:
PRENZLAUER BERG is one of the most popular and vibrant quarters in Berlin with a wide range of restaurants, bars and stylish shops. The KOLLWITZPLATZ, with its farmer's market taking place twice a week, is considered its centre. Very close is the MAUERPARK, a vivid spot especially in summer for relaxation, barbecue, sport activities or spontanious karaoke performances. There's also a weekly flea market. A number of popular sights and attractions, including KULTURBRAUEREI (cinema, theatre, concerts) are also within easy reach.
