Ich vermiete meine helle Wohnung in attraktiver und ruhiger Wohnlage direkt am Mauerpark für 4 Wochen zur Zwischenmiete. Der geplante Zeitraum ist vom 01.08.15 - 31.08.15, +/- ein paar Tage wäre aber möglich. Gesucht wird ein ruhiger und verantwortungsvoller Zwischenmieter.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Zimmer mit Dielenfußboden, eine große Küche und ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Sie ist voll ausgestattet.
Internet- und Telefonflatrate sowie Kosten für Heizung, Strom und Warmwasser sind im Gesamtpreis von 590,00 Euro inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Schwedter Straße nur wenige Meter vom Mauerpark und der Oderberger Str./Kastanienallee entfernt und ist mit der M10, deren Haltenstelle nur circa 150 Meter entfernt liegt, sowie den U-Bahnlinien U2 - Eberswalder Straße - und U8 - Bernauer Straße - gut angebunden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden (Kaiser circa 50 m, Lidl, Bäcker, ...). Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Läden etc. sind gleich um die Ecke.

I offer my bright and quiet apartment for sublease from 01.08.15 till 31.08.15 (+/- a few days is possible). It is situated in a quiet street in the popular area just near Mauerpark and Oderberger Straße/Kastanienallee. I'm looking for a quiet and responsible person to sublease.
The flat has got a big room with planked floor, a big, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bath room with bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
The total price for the whole month is 590,00 Euro and includes costs for internet and telephone flatrate, gas, heating, electricity and warm water.
The flat is situated in Schwedter Straße only about 100 meter away from Mauerpark and Oderberger Straße/Kastanienallee. There are very good transport connections. The M10 tram station is only about 150 meter away and also the metro stations of U2 - Eberswalder Straße - and U8 - Bernauer Straße - are quite close. The shopping possibilities are excellent. Different supermarkets (Kaisers just 50 meter, Lidl, Aldi, ...), a bakery, a lot of nice cafés, restaurants and shops are just round the corner.
