I am going to travel in the period between 25 August - 1 September (1 week) and would like to sublet my fully-furnished sunny and cosy one-bedroom apartment in the heart Prenzlauer Berg. It has a little balcony overlooking a quiet green courtyard, helpful and amiable neighbors (mostly artists) and an excellent location very close to Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz. The nearest S-Bahn station is Prenzlauer Allee and the U-Bahn - Eberswalder Str. The apartment offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the summer in one of the hippest neighborhoods of Berlin.
