Located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, this 45m2 flat is the perfect location for a short stay in Berlin.

Indeed, you'll be in the most charming part of the city : Senefelderplatz.
It's a peaceful, safe and arty area.
Within 10 min, you reach Alexanderplatz (either 2 U-Bahn stops or 3 tram stops)
So please, no stress, you're on holidays : you can absolutely go anywhere. Berlin is waiting for you.

Green is the key word.
When you arrive, you see a great park right in front of the main door, and then you cross a bamboo garden to reach the flat.
Inside the flat, you have a very nice view over the garden and trees.

It's really quiet and relaxing. Surely you'll love to chill there too.
The high double bed will make you feel like you're in a cosy nest (there is also an extra single mattress and sheets if needed).
There is an independent kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) and bathroom…and of course WiFi !

Surely I’ll give you tips of great spots in the neighborhood (depending on your taste).
On week-ends for instance, there is a charming street bio market (only 2 min away from the flat).

But…the apartment will look so much better when you'll see it for real!
