Lovely shared apartment for 1-2girls

It's a lovely 1-room apartment with own kitchen and bathroom. You will live in a 30 sq.meter room with a Asian girl (that's me=P), we have seperate beds. I can provide you a wooden storage with lock if you concern your own belongings.
Just think it's a home stay!
The apartment itself is historical with a DDR-style, we have mircowave oven, a big oven with 3 stove on it, a washine machine, a fridge, all the cooking utensils, cupboards and beds.
Free bodywash and shampoo and towels provided on request.


Since my roommate moved out earlier, but our rental period is until 6th of Feb, so that's why I need to find someone to share the rent.

The daily rent is 12€ all included. weekly rent is 75€ all included. There's a deposit for the keys which is 30€ when you start staying, and will return if you leave and hand me the keys.

I cooked very good, (Asian dishes, pasta, baking, exotic cuisine. I learn some peruvian dishes these days! )
we have our own kitchen, bathroom and keys.
Neighborhood are quite but friendly. Shops and Restaurants all around the corners!
