Bright and calm apartment in a central and very nice district with cafes and restaurants

The apartment is calm, bright and clean. You will find everything you need:

- a kitchen with everything for the daily use
- furniture: table with chairs, shelves, a cabinet, a bed, vacuum cleaner, washing maschine, ...)
- the extra fees include heating, light, gas for cooking, insurance in case of thievery, GEZ (public fees)
- there is also a dry and warm basement for things to stove
- we have cancelled the w-lan contract, but you could use it until the contract will be cancelled

The area is cozy and central in one: with a lot of cafe's, restaurants, a library, theatres very close,
...the tram goes in front of the door and the way to "Alexanderplatz" takes 5 minutes.

It`s important for us that also you are calm and dealing respectfully with the apartment and the neighbors. It`s because some of them are ill and need a calm environment.

We need to paint the walls, the ceiling, the doors and the floorstrips. If you prefer to do it on your own, you could move in earlier and stay for free in November (except the extra charges for heating). We could support you and buy everything you need for this work.
