Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person. Sie ist sehr hell und geräumig, hat einen Balkon und eine offene Küche, die zum Wohnzimmer führt. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Couch. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett 180x200cm. Es gibt ein separates Badezimmer mit Fenster und Badewanne / Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräten, Spülmaschine.
***BITTE LESEN: Wir bieten es zu einem niedrigeren Preis an, da kein Internet verfügbar ist, da wir in eine neue Wohnung ziehen und der Vertrag gekündigt wird. Außerdem funktioniert die Heizung teilweise, so dass die Temperatur in der Wohnung 18 Grad beträgt, Reparatur der Heizung von der Hausverwaltung ist im Gang (Wasser oder Druck muss im Keller nachgestellt werden).***

The apartment is for one person only. It is very bright and spacious. It has a balcony and an open kitchen which leads to the living room. The bedroom is separated with a double bed. There is a separate bathroom which has a window and has a bathtub/shower. The apartment is equipped with some kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine.
***PLEASE READ: We are offering it at a lower price as no internet is available as we are moving to a new flat and the contract will be cancelled. Also, the heating is partially working, so the temperature inside the flat is 18 degrees. The Agency is working on fixing it, whereby they have to add water or increase the pressure on the central system in the cellar.***
Die Gegend ist sehr zentral im Prenzlauer Berg. Sie erreichen die S- (Ring) und U-Bahn (U2) in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eine Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür.
Sie haben die Schönhauser Allee Arkaden und Supermärkte in der Nähe sowie Bioläden. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße mit Blick auf den Innenhof.

The area is very central to Prenzlauer Berg. You can reach the S-Bahn in just a 5 minute walk, the tram stops right in front of the door step and U-bahn is a 7 minute walk. You have a few supermarkets close by, as well as bio shops. It is located in a quiet street, facing the inner courtyard.
Eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung ist leider nicht möglich.
Wir möchten jemanden haben, der dafür verantwortlich und sauber ist, dass er respektvoll gegenüber den Nachbarn umgeht und mit dem Geräuschpegel umgeht, da in dem Gebäude einige Familien leben.

Unfortunately an anmeldung in the flat is not possible. We would like to have someone responsible and clean to move in that is respectful towards the neighbours and considerate with noise levels as we have a few families living in the building.
