ich suche einen Untermieter für 6 Monate (November 2023 - April 2024 für meine 2 Zimmerwohnung inkl. Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist im top Zustand und super zentral gelegen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine, sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Wohnküche und einen kleinen Balkon. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Aufzug sowie einen Hinterhof mit Fahrradständern. Die Wohnung wird all inclusive mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bettzeug, Handtüchern, Internet und 2 wöchiger Reinigung vermietet.
Frei ist die Wohnung vom 1 November 2023 zum 30 April 2024.
Die Miete inkl. aller Nebenkosten beträgt 1350 Euro pro Monat.
Wenn Ihr zu zweit die Wohnung mieten wollte, kosten die Miete 1450 Euro all inklusive.
Bevorzugt suche ich Studierende & Young Professionals, die eine Wohnung für einen Praktikumsaufenthalt oder ähnliches suchen.
Es handelt sich im eine 6 monatige Untermiete.

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a subtenant for 6 months (November 2023 - April 2024) for my 2-room apartment including a balcony.
The apartment is in excellent condition and is located super centrally. It features a bedroom, a bathroom with a washing machine, a living room with an open kitchen, and a small balcony. The building also has an elevator and a backyard with bicycle racks. The apartment will be rented all-inclusive with a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, internet, and bi-weekly cleaning.
The apartment is available from November 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.
The rent, including all utilities, is 1350 euros per month. If you would like to rent the apartment for two people, the rent is 1450 euros, all-inclusive.
Preferably, I am looking for students and young professionals who are searching for an apartment for an internship stay or similar.
This is a 6-month sublease.
