The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of an old building with a wide staircase (no elevator). It consists of an entrance, a bathroom with tub, an equipped kitchen and a living/bedroom. Plenty of storage space in empty wardrobe and shelves. Rose bushes and herbs on the window ledges. Great lighting scheme.
It’s a quiet and luminous place with a large leafy innenhof and discreet neighbors.
The apartment comes as seen on the pictures and is provided with :

- a double bed 140x200 with plenty of pillows doubling as a couch

Excellent transport connection to the whole city. Two tram stations (M10 and M2) one minute from the front door, Ubahn stations Eberwalderstrasse, Prenzlauer Allee and Senfelderstrasse 5-10 minutes walk.
You’ll find many supermarkets and grocery stores in the neighborhood. There is a large food market around the corner on Saturdays and plenty of coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants in the area.
Yoga and fitness centers and a couple of charming parks close by.
The neighborhood is very friendly and safe.
