ich möchte gerne meine kleine Wohnung untervermieten. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Die Wohnung liegt zum Hinterhof und ist daher sehr ruhig, aber auch nicht sehr hell. Es gibt eine Flur, eine kleine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein großes Zimmer.
Alle Zimer sind möbliert, es sind keine privaten Ding in der Wohnung, es ist also viel Platz für deinen Kram. Im Zimmer steht ein Bett (100cm breit), ein gemütliches Schlaf-Sofa (140cm breit), ein großer Kleiderschrank und ein Spiegel.

I would like to sublet my small flat. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The flat faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet, but not super bright. There is a corridor, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large room.
All rooms are furnished, but there are no private things in the flat, so there is plenty of space for your stuff. The room has a bed (100cm wide), a comfortable sofa, a large wardrobe and a mirror.
Die Lage ist super schön, am oberen ruhigen Ende vom Mauerpark. Am Schwedter Steg kann man entspannt den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Viele Restaurants und Cafes sind fußläufig zu erreichen, es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Straße. Ein Lebensmittel Discounter ist auch nur 5 min entfernt.
Die S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee ist 800m entfernt.

The location is really nice, at the upper, quiet end of Mauerpark. At the Schwedter Steg you can relax and enjoy the sunset. Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, but it is still very quiet in the street. A discount grocery store is also only 5 minutes away.
The S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee is 800m away.
