Cosy Apartment in Prenzlauer Berg (from 17/08/22 - 15/09/22)

Wie oben erwähnt liegt die Wohnung mitten im Prenzlauer-Berg. In den Straßen gibt es viele Cafes, Restaurants und kleinere Läden zum shoppen. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, da die Ringbahn (Schönhäuser-Allee) in 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, ebenso wie die Tram. Die Ringbahn hört man nachts, wer da empfindlich ist, sollte die Fenster schließen. Ansonsten ist die Gegend eher ruhig und die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus. Dadurch das der Hinterhof zu einer Seite offen ist, ist die Wohnung schön hell und es gibt keine gegenüberliegenden Nachbarn, die in die Wohnung gucken können. Der Innenhof ist sehr grün mit Fahrradstellplätzen und Sitzgelegenheiten.

The public transport is also optimal, as the "Ringbahn" (S-Bahnhof Schönhäuser-Allee) is within 3min walking distance, as well as the tram (1min). The "Ringbahn" can be heard at night, so if you are sensitive, you should close the windows. Otherwise, the area is rather quiet and the apartment is located in the rear building. Because the backyard is open to one side, the apartment is nice and bright and there are no opposite neighbors who can look into the apartment. The backyard is very green with trees, bicycle parking and seating.

Ich suche jemanden der vertrauenswürdig ist und vielleicht nicht jeden Abend Party macht, da direkt über der Wohnung ein Familie mit kleinem Kind wohnt. Ihr könnt mich jederzeit anschreiben und die Wohnung via Zoom/Skype/Facetime angucken. Was die exakten Einzugsdaten betrifft, bin ich in kleinem Rahmen flexibel. Bei Fragen einfach fragen.

I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and maybe does not party every night, because directly above the apartment lives a family with small child.
