Mein Freund und ich sind im Februar 2023 auf Reisen und werden in der Zeit unsere tolle Wohnung mitten im Prenzlauer Berg untervermieten. Es handelt sich um eine helle, etwa 40m² große 1 Zimmer-Wohnung mit Tageslichtbad, und Küche. Sie befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss eines sanierten Altbaus. Das Wohnzimmer hat unbehandelte Dielen, Bad und Küche sind gefliest.
Normalerweise hat die Wohnung 2 Zimmer, jedoch werden wir unser Schlafzimmer während der Untervermietung als Stauraum nutzen und unzugänglich machen. Die Wohnung wird möbliert und voll ausgestattet vermietet. Küchenutensilien, können also alle gerne genutzt werden.

My boyfriend and I will be traveling the whole month of February and will sublet our great apartment in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg. It is a bright, about 40m² large 1-room apt with daylight bathroom and kitchen. It is located on the fourth floor of a renovated old building. The living room has great untreated floorboards, the bathroom and kitchen are tiled.
Usually the apartment has 2 rooms, but we will use our bedroom as storage space during subletting and make it inaccessible. The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped. Kitchen utensils and books incl., so please feel free to use everything.
Mit der Lage der Wohnung im Herzen des Kollwitzkiezes gibt es - typisch für den Prenzlauer Berg - eine riesige Auswahl an zahlreichen nahegelegenen Cafés und Restaurants. Der Kiez ist sehr lebhaft und dennoch gesittet und nachts ruhig. Die nächstgelegenen Haltestellen sind
Tram: M2 Marienburger Straße oder Prenzlauer Allee/Danziger Straße (je 4 Min zu Fuß)
U-Bahn: U2 Eberswalder Straße (10 Minuten zu Fuß)
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gilt sich nur zu entscheiden zwischen:
LIDL (3 min zu Fuß), Edeka (5 min zu Fuß), Rewe (8 min zu Fuß), außerdem zahlreiche Spätis ;-)

With the location of the apartment in the heart of the Kollwitz district, there is - as is typical for Prenzlauer Berg - a huge selection of numerous nearby cafes and restaurants. The Kiez is very lively, yet well mannered and quiet at night. The closest stops are
Tram: M2 Marienburger Straße or Prenzlauer Allee / Danziger Straße (each 4 minutes on foot)
Subway: U2 Eberswalder Straße (10 minutes on foot)
Grocery shopping options are all within walking distance. You only have to choose between:
LIDL (3 min on foot), Edeka (5 min on foot), Rewe (8 min on foot), also numerous Spätis ;-)
Da wir nach unserer Reise wieder in unsere Wohnung einziehen, besteht NICHT die Möglichkeit die Wohnung nach der Untermiete zu übernehmen.
