Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über ein großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie einen sehr großen Südbalkon. Auf dem schönen Balkon könnt ihr wunderbar frühstücken, in der Hängematte rumhängen oder auf unserem Elektrogrill grillen. Wenn euch der große Balkon nicht reicht, lädt auch der Gemeinschaftsgarten des Hauses zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet und die Küche verfügt über alles, was man zum Kochen braucht.
Verlängerung des Zeitraums ist eventuell möglich.

We are renting out our beautiful 44 sqm apartment in Rummelsburg, located on the border of Friedrichshain. The apartment is flooded with natural light and has a large living and bedroom area, as well as a very large south-facing balcony. The communal garden of the building is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The apartment is fully furnished. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
Extension of the period might be possible.
Die Lage ist ideal, da diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind und die Wohnung super angebunden ist. Tolle Cafés, Ess- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten alles in der Nähe vorhanden. Und auch die schöne Rummelsburger Bucht ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein Fahrradschuppen im Hinterhof ist vorhanden und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in den Seitenstraßen in der Regel ohne nervige Parkplatzsuche.

You can find nice coffee shops, restaurants and bars/clubs in the surrounding area. Also nearby is the beautiful Rummelsburger Bucht where you can take a nice walk during in the sun.
A bike shed is available in the backyard, and parking is usually available on the side streets without a hassle.
