Da meine Frau und ich nicht hier in Berlin sind, suchen wir für den Zeitraum vom 16.08 zum 13.01 einen netten Zwischenmieter/in für unsere schöne Wohnung an der Rummelsburger Bucht.
Wir bieten unsere 2,5-Zimmer Wohnung als eine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung. 1-Zimmer bleibt während der Mietzeit geschlossen.
- Wohnzimmer + Schalfzimmer:
Das vollmöblierte Zimmer ist quadratisch und praktisch mit über 30m². Durch die großen Fenster en ist das Zimmer sehr hell und hat einen wünderschönen Balkon zu der Rummelsburger Bucht.
Außerdem kannst du dich auf einem großen Bett (2.00m*1.40m) ausruhen.
Ein Schreibtisch ist ebenfalls verfügbar ,falls du im Home-Office gern arbeitest.
- Küche:
Die Küche ist sehr großzugig und hat alles was man braucht. Herd, Backoffen und Kühlschrank sind selbsverständlich da.
- Bad:
Sowohl baden, als auch duschen ist möglich. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
- Flur:
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen langen und geräumigen Flur, welcher die Räume verbindet.

As my wife and I are not here in Berlin, we are looking for a nice interim tenant for our beautiful flat at the Rummelsburger Bay for the period from 16.08 to 13.01.
We offer our 2,5 room flat as a 1,5 room flat. 1 room remains closed during the rental period.
- Living room+bedroom:
The fully furnished room is spacious and practical with over 30m². Due to the large windows, the room is very bright and has a beautiful balcony facing the Rummelsburger bay.
You can also rest on a large bed (2.00m*1.40m).
A desk is also available ,if you like to work in your home office.
- Kitchen:
The kitchen is very spacious and has everything you need. Electrical stove, oven and fridge are of course there.
- Bathroom:
Both bathing and showering is possible. A washing machine is also available.
- Hallway:
The flat has a long and spacious hallway that connects the rooms.

Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage am S-Bahnhof Rummelsburg, zur S-Bahn Station läuft man ca. 3min von dort fährt die S3. 1 Station fahren oder 10 Minuten laufen und du bist am Ostrkeuz, wo die Ring Bahn und viele weitere Züge fahren.
Mit dem Fahrrad fahren in 5-15 min in Friedrichshain, Treptow oder Neukölln.
Supermarkt ist 8 min zu Fuß und es gibt auch Flink ganz in der Nähe, die sie normalerweise in 10 Minuten liefern.
Die Rummelsburger Bucht ist direkt vor der Tür. Ein schöner Spaziergang am Rummelsburger See ist jeder Tag möglich!

The flat is in a prime location at the Rummelsburg S-Bahn station, the S-Bahn station is about 3 minutes walk from there is the S3. Also Ostkreuz is only a 10-minute walk away, where the Ring Bahn and many other trains connect.
You can cycle to Friedrichshain, Treptow or Neukölln in 5-15 minutes.
Supermarket is 8 min walk and there is also Flink nearby, which usually delivers in 10 min.

Das Wohnhaus ist sehr ruhig. Daher sind Partys jeglicher Art nicht erlaubt. Ruhezeit (22.00 bis 6.00 Uhr und Sonntags) ist auch zu beachten.
Bei Einzug einer 2. Person wird ein Mietaufschlag in Höhe von 150€ pro Monat fällig aufgrund des erhöhten Verbrauchs sowie erhöhter Abnutzung der Möbel.

The building is very quiet. Therefore parties of any kind are not allowed. Quiet hours (22.00 to 6.00 o'clock and Sundays) must also be observed.
If a 2nd person moves in, a rent surcharge of 150€ per month will be due due to increased consumption as well as increased wear and tear of the furniture.
