Hey Guys,
I am offering you my cosy and comfortable flat (39 m²). It´s in the 3th floor and really bright with a long range view. The apartment is fully equipped.
The double bed in the room is a real bed & very convenient. You can also use the upper floor of the bed, i do have an airmattress.
The room offers a lot of space to relax.
The kitchen is sweet and perfect to sit in and cook with lots of spices and else ;). Dishes, pans, fridge etc. are provided.
The bathroom has a shower and window. Bed linen and towels are included. You have 24h free wi-fi access and a washing machine.
You can easily reach the apartment with the S-Bahn (stop Nöldnerplatz) and the bus 194, 240. The S-Bahn goes directly to Alexanderplatz (11min) and CentralStation (Hauptbahnhof in 16min)
The Ostkreuz and Warschauer Str. are only 1/2 Stations away. There you can find a lot of bars, cafés and clubs.
Shops and snack bars are around. Nearby you´ll find a bakery which offers tasty stuff. 3 min away you find some nice bars and restaurants around the corner.
If you are interested in history, the central building of the STASI is a nice 15min walk away. The Rummelsburger Bucht Lake is 10min to go.
